The details

Everything on the back of the ticket.

Effective October 15, 2026

1.Who these terms are for

These terms are between you and Overnight Sensations LLC ("we", "us"), Camarillo, California. They cover flash work booked through overnightsensations.co. Our services are for businesses: by booking, you confirm you're booking for a business (including one you're starting), not for personal or household use, and that you can agree to these terms for it.

If you sign a statement of work with us, it governs that work. Where it and these terms disagree, the statement of work wins.

2.Booking the kickoff

Each flash product starts with a 30-minute kickoff call, online. You pick a time, answer four short questions and save a card. You'll get a confirmation by email and reminders by email and text, 24 hours and 2 hours before. Every reminder has a link to reschedule.

The kickoff isn't a sales pitch. The price is already set on the flash sheet. The call is where we confirm the product fits, set the dates, and start the work.

3.Your card on file

When you book, you agree that we may store your card with our payment processor, Stripe, and use it for one thing only: the $150 fee in section 4, if it applies. Your confirmation shows the card brand and its last four digits. We never see or store the full card number.

This permission ends once the kickoff happens or any fee is settled. We won't use the card for anything else, including the price of the product, unless you tell us to. If we ever want to change how a saved card is used, we'll email you first and ask.

4.Rescheduling, cancelling and no-shows

  • 24 hours or more before: reschedule or cancel free, as often as you need.
  • Inside 24 hours: one free reschedule per booking.
  • Cancelling inside 24 hours, or not showing up (we wait 10 minutes past the start): a flat $150 fee, charged to your saved card.
  • Your first no-show with us: rebook within 7 days instead, and we waive the fee.

Why a fee: a kickoff holds a half hour we turn other work away for, and a late cancel is hard to fill. $150 is a fair estimate of that lost time, not a penalty. Life happens; if something serious came up, tell us.

5.Paying for the work

Prices are listed on the flash sheet. You pay when we agree to start, usually on the kickoff call or right after it. We send a secure Stripe payment link or invoice, due on receipt. Work starts once it's paid.

  • Fixed-price products are paid in full up front.
  • Builds with a price range (AI phone receptionist, website assistant + lead capture, CRM + client success dashboard) get a fixed quote within that range in a short statement of work. You pay a 50% deposit to start, and the balance as that statement of work says.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Any tax required by law is added to the invoice and shown before you pay.
  • Late balances: we pause work at 45 days past due, and may add interest of 1.5% a month after 30 days past due.

6.Refunds

  • Change your mind before we start the work? Full refund of what you paid.
  • Fixed-price products, once work has started: we refund the part of the work we haven't done yet.
  • Builds: the 50% deposit is non-refundable once we've started, because it pays for the setup and build time we commit to you. The rest follows your statement of work.
  • The $150 no-show fee isn't refundable, apart from the 7-day rebook in section 4.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Card processing fees can take a few days to come back to you on your statement, depending on your bank.

7.If we cancel

If we have to cancel or move your kickoff, we'll tell you as early as we can and rebook at a time that suits you. No fee, ever, when the change is ours. If we can't do the work we sold you, we refund everything you paid for the part we didn't deliver.

8.Care plans

Some products come with a monthly care plan. It starts only after we deliver the build, and only when you sign up for it. Before you sign up you'll see the monthly price, the billing date and how to cancel, and you'll check a box to agree.

  • Billed monthly, in advance, to the card you choose for it.
  • Cancel any time: email jt@onsensations.com or use the cancel link in your billing emails. It stops at the end of the month you've already paid for. No cancellation fee.
  • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.
  • Tools and subscriptions for your build stay in your business's name, paid by you, so they're yours if the plan ends.

9.Texts and emails

By giving us a mobile number when you book, you agree to text messages about that booking: confirmations, reminders and changes. No marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or tell us any other way.

10.On-site work and timelines

The AI Opportunity Scan is on site in Ventura, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties. Elsewhere it's remote at the same price, or on site plus travel at cost, agreed in writing before you book. The AI Quick-Start covers up to 10 people; larger teams are quoted as custom work.

Timelines on the flash sheet are typical, not promises. They depend on your setup and how quickly we get what we need from you.

11.The legal basics

  • You own the work product you pay for. We keep our own methods, tools and know-how, and can reuse them.
  • Our total responsibility for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid us for that product.
  • California law applies. If we disagree, we'll talk first. If that doesn't settle it, the courts of Ventura County, California decide.
  • We may update these terms. The version posted when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
